Frank Moyer
Frank Moyer joined GeoIQ in 2010 to extend the company’s enterprise reach and further solidify GeoIQ as the market leading location analysis platform. Frank was most recently Chief Executive Officer of EzGov from 2005 to 2009. Frank grew the company into a highly profitable global services business that was sold to CACI in June 2009. Under Frank’s leadership, EzGov evolved into a market-leading brand for public sector organizations worldwide. Prior to EzGov, Frank served as a senior leader with Accenture’s Technology Practice Group, where he consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies. Frank holds both a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York.
Sean Gorman, PhD
Sean Gorman founded GeoIQ (formerly FortiusOne) in 2005 to bring advanced geospatial technologies to market. With over 10 years of experience at the forefront of the geospatial revolution, Sean brings insight and innovation to GeoWeb and GIS solutions. Prior to GeoIQ, Sean served as VP of R&D for GeoTel and Director of Strategy for iXOL. His expertise is sought after by the Critical Infrastructure Task Force and the Homeland Security Advisory Council. He has been featured in Wired, Der Spiegel, ABC, The Washington Post, Business 2.0 and CNN. In 2008, Sean was selected as one of “Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35” by BisNow on Business. Sean received his PhD from George Mason University as the Provost's High Potential Research Candidate and Fisher Prize recipient.
Andrew Turner
Andrew Turner is the co-founder of Mapufacture, acquired by GeoIQ in August 2008. Andrew is actively involved in open-data projects such as OpenStreetMap and VoteReport, as well as open-source projects like Mapstraction and GeoPress. He has consulted with companies such as MapQuest, the BBC, and the UN in developing their geospatial and community components, and he regularly speaks at conferences on the benefits of open-source software and geospatial standards. Andrew wrote the O'Reilly shortcut "Introduction to Neogeography" and "Trends in Where2.0" business report. He is also published in MacTech and Make magazine on his home-automation hacking. Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Virginia and his Master of Science from Virginia Tech.
Jeff Cummings
Jeff Cummings joined GeoIQ in 2011 to help further establish GeoIQ in the commercial and government markets. Jeff spent five years with Cognos, which was acquired by IBM in 2008. While at Cognos, Jeff was involved in direct selling and sales management roles working with Fortune 500 companies across industries. Prior to Cognos, Jeff spent five years with EzGov, Inc. an Atlanta based e-government company, where he helped to initiate EzGov’s entry into the UK government market. Subsequently, Jeff started and grew the U.S. Federal market for EzGov, which ultimately lead to an acquisition by Choicepoint, Inc. Jeff is a licensed C.P.A. in the state of Maryland. Jeff also holds an M.S. in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland and B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
